Living as Disciples of Jesus Christ

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you." (Matthew 28:19-20)

The mission of Adult Ministry is to continue to teach and to learn from each other, so that we can continue to bring the Gospel to our community through worship, mission, study, and fellowship.

Promises Kept Bible Study

During Advent we are preparing our hearts and minds for the coming of the Christ-child, but we also need to understand all of God’s promises that are being fulfilled in that manger scene in Bethlehem.  By using the prophecies of the Prophet Isaiah, we can see the promises already fulfilled, the promises that are being fulfilled, and can look forward in hope and joy to the promises which have not yet come to pass.

Class Meetings

Next Class Meeting Study begins February 11, 2024

Class meetings are small groups designed to foster close relationships with each other and bring support and accountability to all followers of Christ. These classes begin with a study led by the pastor and then split off into their own group.

Join us in mission, education, and fellowship

We have many opportunities for fellowship and mission & volunteer work throughout the year. We participate in Helping Hands of Georgetown and Kairos Prison Ministry, as well as our Methodist Men and Global Methodist Women organizations. You can volunteer with the next generation of disciples, worship teams, or music ministry. We also have fellowship opportunities with Emmaus Reunion groups, Game Day, Crafters and Quilters. Finally there are educational opportunities through Women's Bible Study and Disciple Study.
