When are the Worship Services?
The Sunday morning services are
- Tabernacle Service at 8:30 AM. This is a more informal service with hymns, gospel music, and contemporary music.
- The Cornerstone Service at 11:00 AM. This service is our High-Church traditional service and features our Chancel Choir, St. John's Ringers, and Children's Choir.
- Sunday school classes for all ages are held at 9:45 AM
What Should I Wear?
Please dress in whatever you are comfortable in - we do not have a dress code here. Some dress in jeans and polo shirts while others dress in their "Sunday Best." We are just happy you chose to spend the time worshiping with us.
How Long are the Services?
A typical service at St. John's will last about 60 minutes.
Where can my kids go during worship?
Children are always welcome in worship with us, but we understand it can be hard to worship with little ones. For your convenience there is a nursery for newborn through 4 years old located in the Children's Education Wing in the building directly behind the sanctuary.
What Bible Do You Use?
You may bring any translation that you are comfortable with, but the church uses the New Revised Standard Version (NRSV).
