How Do You Pass It On?

When we think about personal legacies, the way to pass them on is quite simple. But in the case of the Church, the legacy of the church takes a bit more effort to make sure that the 'heirs' are ready to not only receive the legacy, but also to grow it even further. How the church creates, supports, and teaches the next generation will directly affect the longevity of the legacy.
