The Cornerstone Sermon
Oct 20, 2024 • Rev. Dr. Roger Clayton
We say that God is "perfectly good", but what does the word "good" mean? When we begin to try to understand the "God Paradox" we must start with understanding the words at their most basic level. We say that God is perfectly good, which necessitates that He should hate evil. But what if evil is necessary to produce good? Would God be "perfectly good" then if He did not allow some forms of evil, so that the greater good could be produced?
